Refund policy
Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union.
Orders are usually dispatched the next business day, and delivery takes 3–8 business days.
At the moment we can't ship outside the EU, including to Switzerland, Norway, the UK and the US.
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return your order within 15 days of receiving it – no reason needed.
How it works
- Send a short email to hello@nimababy.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Please send the items back within 14 days of your email.
Please return items unused, with their tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging – this helps us pass them on in perfect condition. You may of course check items as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Please arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. We recommend a tracked service so your parcel can be traced.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait until the items have arrived back with us, or until you've sent us proof of shipping, before we refund.
The refund is made to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Our 15-day return period includes the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and does not limit it. Your statutory warranty rights also remain unaffected.
You can use the following form to return your order, but you don't have to – a short email is enough.
