What is Nima Baby?
Nima Baby is an online shop for thoughtfully chosen baby and kids' clothing made in Europe. We focus on natural materials such as merino wool and organic cotton, and on practical pieces that are comfortable for everyday life.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made in Europe. Lenne products are made in Estonia, Zezuzulla jumpsuits and bloomers are made in Poland, and Breden, Woolish and Karloova are Estonian brands producing in Europe. The country of production is shown on each product page.
Is merino wool good for babies?
Yes. Merino wool is soft, breathable and naturally temperature-regulating, so it keeps babies warm without overheating. It also wicks moisture away from the skin. Most of our merino products are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, and many use certified mulesing-free wool – details are listed on each product page.
Which TOG sleeping bag should I choose?
As a guide: 0.5 TOG for warm rooms (around 24°C and above), 1.0 TOG for moderate room temperatures and 2.5 TOG for cooler rooms and winter nights. Always dress your baby according to the room temperature.
What does OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I mean?
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 means the textile has been tested for harmful substances. Class I is the strictest product class and is intended for articles for babies and toddlers up to 36 months.
What is the difference between a swaddle sleeping bag and a sleeping bag with sleeves?
Our 2-in-1 swaddle sleeping bags are for newborns: the arms can be enclosed for a snug fit, then opened to an arms-out sleeping bag once your baby starts rolling. Sleeping bags with sleeves are for babies and toddlers from about 6 to 24 months.
How do the eared jumpsuits fit?
The eared jumpsuits by Zezuzulla follow standard European sizes (62 to 116). Foldable cuffs and leg hems can be turned up or down, so each jumpsuit can be worn for longer as your child grows.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the European Union. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days and the exact shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 15 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just email hello@nimababy.com with your order number. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How should I wash merino wool baby clothes?
Wash merino wool as rarely as possible – airing is often enough. When needed, use a wool or hand-wash programme with a mild wool detergent in cool water, reshape while damp and dry flat. Always follow the care instructions on the product.
